Throughout my career, I’ve worked with fast-scaling startups, PE-backed companies, and leadership teams to drive meaningful impact through strategic planning, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
With over two decades of experience, I’ve led high-growth organizations through rapid expansion, acquisitions, and workforce transitions—ensuring their people strategy supports long-term success. As Chief People Officer at two startups, I built and scaled teams, improved engagement, and developed leadership strategies that enhanced execution and performance.
Beyond corporate leadership, I ran Intelligent.ly, a Boston-based boutique leadership accelerator, where I worked with emerging leaders from HubSpot, TripAdvisor, Carbonite, and other top startups—helping them refine their leadership capabilities to drive business growth.
My expertise spans leadership development, talent strategy, DEI, and executive coaching, with a practical, data-driven approach that ensures organizations not only define their vision but also execute on it effectively.
